For clients who live 100+ miles from your assigned therapist’s location, two options are available:

Option 2: Clustered Sessions
Sessions must be booked in groups of 2 or more per travel day
This can include two back-to-back sessions for the same VIP Member or sessions booked for others at the same location (billed separately)

VIBODYRATION is a private, on-location bodywork practice designed for individuals who carry a high level of responsibility, stress, or physical demand. The work focuses on recovery, regulation, and restoration, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and sustain performance over time.
Sessions are fully customized and may include deep therapeutic work, gentle nervous system regulation, or a blended approach depending on what your body needs that day. Most clients choose longer sessions to allow the body to fully settle and respond.
Most sessions are 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Longer sessions are recommended for clients seeking deeper recovery, nervous system regulation, or ongoing support. Extended or immersive sessions may be available by request.
Yes. Many clients choose private memberships to maintain consistency, support long-term recovery, and prevent burnout rather than waiting until stress or tension becomes disruptive.
All sessions are provided on-location at your home, hotel, or private space. This allows for deeper relaxation and continuity of care without the stress of travel.
Travel is included within a standard service radius. For extended distances, a travel fee may apply and is always communicated clearly prior to confirmation.
This practice is best suited for clients who value intentional care, discretion, and long-term well-being. Many clients include executives, creatives, athletes, and professionals who prefer private, personalized support.
You may begin by booking a private session or requesting a VIP enrollment call. Each client relationship begins with intention, clarity, and alignment.
VIP Membership Policies
Invitation Credit
- Active VIP Members receive a $200 service credit for every new client they invite who purchases a VIP Membership within 30 days of their first session.
- Invitation credits are stackable and expire 90 days after they are earned.
- Credits may only be used while your membership is active.
- After your membership expires, any remaining credits may be used until their original expiration date, but new credits will not be earned unless your membership is renewed.
Refund & Expiration
- VIBODYRATION VIP Memberships are non-refundable once activated.
- In the event of a verifiable medical emergency or relocation beyond our service area, a partial credit or transfer may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- To support consistent results and uphold the integrity of the program:
- 12-Session Packages expire 4 months from purchase
- 24-Session Packages expire 5 months from purchase
* Extensions will not be granted unless discussed and approved in advance due to exceptional circumstance.
